This is a nickname some ‘friends’ invented while I was a teenager, they dubbed me the ‘Hungry Mule’ after witnessing my insatiable appetite for food. My appetite for food has led me – the Hungry Mule – globe trotting, whisking me away from Bridport and the shire to many international destinations where I took up grazing, cooking and working, gaining valuable culinary inspiration and insight along the way.

Now residing back home in Dorset this Mule turned Bridport Caterer takes great pride in offering food reflecting my vast knowledge of varied cuisine utilizing the bountiful and beautiful selection of lovely local produce that Dorset offers
